Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and z999 ("z999", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the z999 platform available at z999.wine, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any services provided by z999. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. z999 recommends revisiting this page periodically, as the Terms may be updated from time to time.

These Terms should be read alongside the z999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and z999.

Account Registration

To access the full range of z999 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identification
• Valid Pakistani mobile number (used for account verification and two-factor authentication)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or over at the time of registration)
• A unique password of your choosing

Each player may hold only one registered account at z999. If you attempt to open a second account — whether using different contact details, a different device, or a different payment method — z999 reserves the right to close both accounts and forfeit any associated balances. The one-account rule exists to prevent abuse of bonuses and promotional offers and to maintain fair play across the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. z999 will never ask you for your password through any channel — if you receive such a request, it is fraudulent and you should contact our support team immediately. Accounts that do not complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended until verification is complete.

Age Verification

z999 operates an 18+ only policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. This is not a technicality — it is a firm commitment. The minimum age requirement applies to all players in all jurisdictions regardless of any local variation in gambling age laws.

At the point of registration, you confirm by ticking the age declaration box that you are at least 18 years of age. z999 may require additional proof of age at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable forms of age verification include:

• Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport (biographical data page)
• Driving licence issued by a Pakistani authority (front and back)

If z999 determines that an account has been created by or on behalf of a person under 18, the account will be immediately closed. Any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited in their entirety. z999 cooperates with relevant authorities in all cases of confirmed underage gambling.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing z999 on shared or family devices.

Deposits and Withdrawals

z999 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits are credited to your z999 balance immediately in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not negotiable on the z999 platform. Before your first withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at z999's discretion.

z999 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or if an account verification is pending. In such cases, the support team will contact you within 24 hours with an explanation and the steps required to resolve the situation.

Bonuses and Promotions

z999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the individual promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 20x and 40x) before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of the bonus award).
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per player, household, or shared device at any one time.
• Eligible Games: Not all games at z999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Progressive jackpot slots, certain live casino games, and some specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• No Abuse: z999 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and winnings derived from them if it is determined that a player has abused promotional offers, exploited a loophole, or created multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity at z999, including sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, crash games, and virtual sports:

• Bets placed and confirmed on z999 are final. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation is displayed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• z999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time the bet was placed, whether due to a system error, a data feed delay, or any other cause.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds were published at a level clearly inconsistent with the true market — z999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the stake to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game and market. These limits may differ between standard accounts and VIP accounts.
• For live betting events, z999 may suspend markets at any time during the event. Bets placed before a suspension are settled at the confirmed odds at the time of placement.
• All game outcomes at z999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG games, and by physical outcomes in live dealer games. z999 does not and cannot influence game results.

Full sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the z999 platform. In the case of any conflict between these general Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule takes precedence for that particular game or market.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at z999 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any associated balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank accounts, or any form of payment method that you do not legally own or control.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, manipulate live dealer outcomes, or share information to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, spin games, or interact with the z999 platform in a way that simulates human play.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the z999 platform or any third-party game to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using z999 to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. z999 is required by law to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward z999 staff or other players through any channel, including live chat features.

Responsible Gaming

z999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is entertainment, and for the vast majority of players it stays that way. But z999 recognises that a small number of players develop problematic gambling habits, and the platform is equipped to support those players rather than ignore them.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered z999 players at no cost and without any negative impact on account standing:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Set alerts for how long you have been playing. When your timer expires, a notification is shown and you can choose to continue or stop.
• Reality Checks: Enable automatic pop-ups at set intervals that show you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (30, 60, or 90 days) or a permanent exclusion from z999. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and all marketing communications will be suspended.

Account Suspension and Closure

z999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe
• A voluntary self-exclusion request from the account holder
• A court order, legal obligation, or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 months or more may be classified as dormant

If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, z999 will contact you within 48 hours with an explanation. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated with full access and any funds held during the investigation will be released.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining will be handled according to the specific circumstances. Funds derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or collusion will be forfeited. Funds that represent legitimate deposits that were not used for prohibited activity will generally be returned to the original payment source after a review period.

You may close your own z999 account at any time by contacting customer support at support@z999.wine. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method minus any pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

Amendments, Governing Law and Contact

z999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — z999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to registered players and by posting a notice on the z999 website. For minor clarifications or corrections, the updated Terms will simply replace the previous version without a notice period.

Your continued use of z999 following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a material change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.
